Carl G. Berry RRP is CEO of Star Resort Group LLC and an owner of the company. He has over 35 years experience in shared ownership and resort development. Among his accomplishments are the very first, fee ownership timeshare project and the first urban timeshare project in San Francisco. He followed up those projects with the highly successful Manhattan Club in New York City the largest urban shared ownership project in the world. Carl’s resort projects in California, Oregon, Idaho, Vermont, Puerto Vallarta, Aruba, Utah, Colorado and Montana include home sites, condos and shared ownership; fractional interests and timeshare. He is a former Chairman of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a member of its Silver Flight of the Recreational Development Council.
Richard M. Feldheim is a co-owner of Star Resort Group LLC and Managing Partner of Star Ventures. Rich has played a key role in the growth of the fractional ownership industry as a pioneer with the Northstar Club, Snowmass Club, the Christie Club and Front Four at Stowe Mountain Lodge. Over the past 30 years. He has been involved with numerous other real estate ventures including hotels, condo-hotels, timeshare and undeveloped land. Recently he has helped create Great American Ranch Company a newly formed entity created for the acquisition, subdivision and sale of large land parcels throughout the western United States. He acted as the post-petition CEO and President for Mortgages Ltd., once the largest private lender in Arizona, through the company's emergence from Bankruptcy.
Michael C. Bosch, Vice President Advisory Services. Mike brings over 35 years of experience in travel management services and resort development to Star Resort Group. Star is unique in its industry as it operates both as a developer and advisor for others. He has represented the U.S. Government in travel for the USSR and its dealings with Cuba. His portfolio also includes the development of condominium hotels. His skill sets include product formulation, evaluation and direct sales. His recently completed assignments include projects in Russia, Mexico and within the U.S from Alaska and to Utah. Additionally, Mike is an approved workout-specialist for many lenders.
Ron Frank, RRP, Senior Vice President Sales and principal of Star Resort Group. Ron has over 25 years experience in the fractional and timeshare industries in the selling side of the business. Ron is regarded as a master in sales training, techniques and education. Before joining Star, he held executive positions with Fairfield/Wyndham, Radisson and Sunterra Resorts He is outstanding leader with a deep focus on selling skills, team building education, and performance. He manages all the sales teams for Star projects. A frequent speaker at ARDA, he is renowned for his training and educational seminars.
Georgi Bohrod Gordon, RRP, Director of Corporate Communications. With more than 25 years in the shared ownership industry and a highly regarded public relations professional, Georgi has created and implemented a wealth of tactical marketing, advertising and public relations plans for hotels, timeshare resorts, resort developers, fractional properties, private residence clubs and travel industry corporations. She put the World's Finest Resorts on the map as the first fractional exchange company on behalf of Star.
Mac MacEwan, Senior Vice President Marketing and a principal of Star Resort Group. He has 30 years in the marketing business and 14 years in the shared ownership, condominium, condo-hotel and lot products. He is a mixed-use specialist. He focuses on bringing qualified customers to the sales team. Specifically, his expertise is in the transitional step from product development to generating cash from sales. He has undertaken a number of alternative real estate product offerings for the deck of creative services.
Ashley S. Offermann, Senior Vice President Project Management, SFO and a principal of Star Resort Group. He has managed projects located in Colorado, Utah, California, Mexico, Washington, Vermont and Aruba. Ash's skill sets include a comprehensive understanding of all facets of mixed-use product management from concept through the closing of sales including the rollout of a project, and creating and maintaining budgets while achieving the maximum sales velocity. Ash was also the senior marketing executive for World's Finest Resorts, first exchange company for luxury fractional interests. He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a member of the Gold Flight of its Recreational Development Council.
Scott Tracy, JD, Chief Administrative Officer and corporate broker for Star Resort Group. He designs and controls all project documentation and registrations for Star-involved projects, and also manages the brokerage and escrow business for Star's projects. For administration he controls the flow of data from marketing to sales including Star's exceptional customer relations management software via Salesforce.com.
Robert C. Wengel, RRP, Senior Vice President Project Acquisition and Management and a principal of Star Resort Group. Bob has 30 years experience in the development, marketing and selling of shared ownership projects. Most recently Bob was President, COO and Partner in Diamond Resorts International the leading timeshare developer in Las Vegas, and brought Marriott in to that marketplace. He is also a senior project manager for resorts in Montana and Las Vegas, and is the developer for SRG's The Residence Club at Whitefish Lake in Montana. . Bob is former, multi-term Director of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).
Christine Zahedi is a Managing Partner of Star Ventures, LLC. Since 1988 Ms. Zahedi's experience includes real estate acquisition, development and hospitality/ golf operations management. Her responsibilities include due diligence for new project acquisitions as well as real estate registration of projects such as The Northstar Club and Front Four at Stowe. She was responsible for all facets of the acquisition of The Nautical Inn and golf course in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Christine is a founder of Great American Ranch Company which subdivides and markets ranch properties in the Western United States. Recently she acted as the post-petition COO for Mortgages Ltd., once the largest private lender in Arizona, through the company's emergence from Bankruptcy.
